Personality Test Now Online

Our resources section now has an online Representational Systems Test, which allows you to find out which of your senses you favour, and how this can affect your personality, interactions with others, and perception of events.

It is estimated that we take in something like 11 million pieces of information from our senses every second, and our unconscious minds need to filter this down to the 5-9 pieces of information that we can hold in conscious awareness at any moment in time.

To do this, our minds tend to favour the input from one sense over the others as a first filtering process, known in NLP as our Preferred Representational System. This is one of the reasons why a group of people can all witness the same event, but recall different aspects of it.
