We are fully qualified, regulated and insured Cognitive Hypnotherapists, Life Coaches and NLP Master Practitioners which means we can combine hypnosis with cognitive behavioural therapy, as well as drawing on tools from positive psychology, cognitive theory and neuro-linguistic programming. Heidi is also a BACP registered counsellor.

Breakthough Session
Our breakthough session is a 4 hour session that will allow you to take back control of your life, allowing you to reduce stress and relax as well as equipping you with the tools you need to manage your emotional and mental states more effectively. When you come to see us, we will work together with you towards a solution that is tailored to your particular needs.
Stress and other 'problems' are often a result of the way you subconsciously respond to the world, so by equipping you with the skills to make change and giving you the space to find creative solutions, you can break free of old patterns, limiting beliefs and stress triggers and begin to move forwards.
Every person has different needs, but some example of things we commonly help people with are:
- overcoming limiting beliefs, such as perfectionism
- finding work-life balance
- increasing confidence and self esteem
- presentation or interview nerves
- dealing with frustration, anger, guilt, anxiety

Follow Up Session
Most clients report a significant shift after their breakthrough session, and many find this is all they need. Other clients like to book a follow up session to deal with any outstanding issues, to reinforce changes, or for ongoing coaching. Other clients like to come back simply to relax. The session is yours to use as you like.
Follow up sessions are £60 and last 1 hour.
